Conrad Electronic SE is a German retailer of electronic products based in Hirschau.

A customer mentioned, "I am extremely disappointed with Conrad Electronics. My 600€ order has been missing since March and despite numerous emails to the company, I have heard nothing back. Absolutely shocking service."

I was told that this was a 40-50 hour/week job when really, 50-65 hours were expected. They had plans for expansion when I started, but those came to fruition a bit slowly. Also, the innovative programs they start to get people into the shops typically start out very cumbersome for the staff and make things difficult."

Next day i requested my money back, they said that item was booked and payment was not authorised, with is not true! they take my money and their support agents are so rude and unskilled. I'm going to file a lawsuit against these incompetent people who cover things up. 17.4 still no refund"

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, money was instantly taken from my account, then revived an email 4 days later saying my item was out of stock, that was it no further correspondence or info as to what would happen next just an automated email to say it was unavailable. Since then I have emailed them 4 times and messaged through Facebook and Instagram and not received a single response from any of it just further automated emails telling me they will get back to me. Disgusting service and still no refund. I will be contacting trading standards and filing a claim through PayPal"
